Thank you for shopping with Barefoot Studio! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
Shipping Rates We offer the following UK shipping rates based on the weight of your order:
- 1 art print → £1.90 (Royal Mail Large Letter)
- 2 or more art prints → £3.95 (Royal Mail Small Parcel)
- Pottery and homeware items → rates calculated at checkout based on item weight via Royal Mail
Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all UK orders over £100.
UK Delivery We ship across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery time once dispatched is 2–3 business days.
Fragile Items All pottery items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us at barefootstudiobyclare@gmail.com within 48 hours.
We currently ship to the UK only. We hope to expand to Europe in the future — watch this space!
